I saw kellie in ENTERPRISE when the new star trek series came out in the UK. I liked seeing Kellie in 1 of the episodes & I've just found out that Kellie is no longer with us. I will sorely miss her as she was a very good if not brilliant actress.

The late great Kellie Waymire was terrific in the Season Eight Episode of X-Files "Surekill" playing a bookkeeper torn between two twin brothers. The entire episode was a brilliant piece of neo-noir thanks to the femme fatale work of Waymire, who definitely was the wrong girl to fall for thanks to her suave piece of method acting, shifting from the demure oppressed to the manipulative you-know-what.

i had heard about kellie's death when it happened and it always stuck with me. kellie made an impact on me even though i only saw her on seinfeld and six feet under. to a voice silenced too early, to a life ended too soon, you are missed.

Thank you for the site. I really appreciated her role on Six Feet Under and was shocked to read of her sudden passing when I looked her up on IMDB. I am proud that she was born in Columbus.

Six Feet Under was the first dramatic television show that I've ever consistently watched. I've recently restarted the series from the beginning, and thought that Kelly was captivating. I did a search for her, and was startled and saddened by her passing. She was so young, and very talented. She will be missed, but her spirit lives on through the great work that she did. My condolences to her family and friends~

My wife and I first saw Kellie on Six Feet Under. We fell in love with her right away. We sat through the credits to see who this actress was. We were amazed

I searched for more info on Kellie and was shocked to read the news that she is no longer with us. I know this is years after the fact, but I was just recently watching the second season of Six Feet Under and was reminded of the crush I had on her after seeing her in Seinfeld.

Watch this marvelous actress's movements and facial language, as well as how she used her voice, ranging over two octaves, in "Wonderfalls" and you'll understand what the world lost.

I will never forget the last cold star Kellie gave in the last episode where she starred in Six Feet Under. What a great actress. She was able to really humanize her character on that show. It's so sad when someone dies so young.

I deeply sadden to learn of the death of such a gifted young actress even though it is years since she has passed on, I have only recently come to know of her excellent work on the series Enterprise.

I hope it isn’t considered an indulgence to write a second message on this site, albeit three and a half years after the first.

As music co-ordinator on the series Wolf lake, I was a bit concerned when they hired an actor (Kellie) rather than a singer, to play a lounge singer, since it was my job to produce the recording. Kellie did an amazing job, sang with tons of feeling, she was so good they made her a recurring character, and we spent a fair bit of time together on set and in the studio. She was a terrific lady.

Like Shaun posting, this is my first ever post, I had seen Kellie in star trek and thought she lit up the screen; I also watch her in six feet under and thought Wow! What a great actress, she always had me transfixed and glued to the story line and I loved to see her smile. So after watching X-files on the telly a few days ago I saw Kellie again, I always notice her as she has the same looks like my wife, so I decide to search the internet and see if she was staring in anything new, and I was totally shocked when I read that she a died at such a young age, I had a tear in my eye and couldn’t believe it,

I just watched Wonderfalls - Kelly did a great job with her role. I knew I recognized her the second I saw her - from Seinfeld, of course. Love=dr her in that role and in this role, and very shocked to hear of her passing.

I rarely if ever post on the internet but came across this site today by chance, as I was reminded about Kellie from an Enterprise episode. I remember being physically shocked when I read that Kellie had passed on as she was clearly at the start of what should have been a long and succesful career. I had just seen the Everwood episode and was so impressed at her performance and I remember feeling very strange that she had portrayed a young widow only to pass on herself so soon afterwards. She was a beautiful, bright, intelligent and talented actress and we were fortunate to enjoy her acting for the time she was with us. My condolences to her family for your sad loss and I hope that you are now able to take comfort from and enjoy watching her performances.

As an Avid Star Trek watcher, I was intrigued by Lizzie Cutler. Her on screen presence was one to behold. Her talent was running rings around many of the other members of Enterprise. It was only going to be a matter of time before she was walking the red carpet in her own TV/Movie as the leading Lady. After one particular episode ended a dedication came up to "Kellie Waymire" Imagine my shock when I saw this. As members of the TV watching Public we have lost a truly great actress who had everything to succeed. You are missed by the Trek Fans and you will always be remembered.

I'm in absolute shock. I've been a long time trek fan, but have only watched a few episodes of Enterprise here and there. I started watching the first season, and I watched "Strange New World." As good as the episode was, the beautiful young woman who played Ensign Cutler was by far the most Intriguing aspect of the show. She had a genuine, wholesome charm and beauty that stole my heart immediately. I hoped she would be a regular character, and I resolved to find out who she was. I was so happy when I found this site. As I read about her academic and professional accomplishments, I was thinking to myself, "she's got everything: beauty, talent, intelligence." Then I got to the last paragraph. The words struck me like a hammer. It's one of the saddest things I've ever read. My heart breaks for her family. You can tell by her screen presence that she was just one of those people that lit up a room when she entered it. I'm so very sorry for their loss, for the world's loss. God bless you Kellie, I know that you're playing memorable roles, to packed houses, as a member of the Lord's own theatre company. I know that you've made heaven even more beautiful by being there.

My deepest sympathy to Kellie's father, a kind, wonderful and intelligent man with a heart as big as Texas. She was a beautiful girl and you were so very lucky to have one another.

I was just watching her Six Feet Under episodes and it struck me with a great sadness. She had an engaging presence and realness. I would always perk-up when I saw her in something new. The Pitts was quirky and like a live action cartoon. When I saw her on Everwood I was excited she made an appearance. The dedication to her life at the end came as a terrible shock and I send my sympathies to those she was close to. Her work had a complexity and warm familiarity I imagine came from her real life and I am sure she touched many lives.
